• €250,000 in cultural or artistic projects.

• Creating at least 10 jobs in Portugal.

2. Maintain the investment for at least 5 years.

3. Spend at least 7 days per year in Portugal.

4. Have no criminal record.


INVESTMENT FINANCING OPTION

  • Applicants may choose a walk away financing option instead of investing the full €500,000. Our firm provides this service which allows the applicant to pay a non refundable amount of €165,000.
